Daily miniature: spell familiar

This model is surely from the 1980s. Maybe the early 1990s? A pair of legs with a book on top. Classic design. Here is the original along with the 2016 remaster from Warhammer Quest: Silver Tower:

From what I remember this came as part of a blister pack (possibly two). I say two as I bought some, but never had this one.
