Heresy Predator sighted
The latest Horus Heresy vehicle to be previewed is the redoubtable Predator tank. Take it’s 40k equivalent tis one is made by putting a tank turret on a Rhino.
This one is more box-y than the 40k equivalent, but will doubtless be seen on many a heresy tabletop. Actually I don’t know that as I have no idea how it plays in the game. Warhammer Community has the full preview.
For me the Heresy setting is ripe for narrative play, which means I am less concerned with what is powerful as per the army lists.

I’m really liking the look of the Horus Heresy tanks. I’m not that keen on tanks normally but these are rather nice. I must admit though, almost as soon as I saw it I was distracted by yesterday’s other preview – that big red lad with the anger management issues..!

I’m also really liking the tanks. The Kyratos (however it’s spelt) looks a beast. I’m not as big a fan of this one, mainly down to the front panel. It’s a little thing but it just doesn’t look right to my eye.

Yes, my thought was that it works fine on the Rhino itself, but not on this variant. I prefer the Sicarian.
