Scent of a Gamer

From the computer to the tabletop, this is all about games. Updated each week-end.

Astreia Solbright

I think that’s how you spell it. This is a hero figure from Age of Sigmar which I purchased earlier this year. At the time I thought it would make a good figure to use when testing out the Duncan Rhodes paints, but those still haven’t arrived. Therefore this figure was painted with a mix of Contrast Paints and resular acrylics.

This figure was part of the Mortal Realms magazine run and as such was quite simple to assemble, and painted up quite nicely.

It also brings the count down by 1:

Very nice! I like the sculpt, pose, and the colours.

Now that has come out really well, Dave! 🙂 I do like the beastie, although I’m showing my ignorance of AoS here by not knowing what it’s called! I hope you’re not starting a trend of showing minis without the tower featuring though! 😉

Don’t worry John, I don’t know what the beast is called either!

Also sad news on the tower in that most of what is left now is terrain, so the tower is unlikely to feature.

Great work Dave. The beastie and the base are superb.
