Cursed City returns… for a while

The Cursed City game from Games Workshop that vanished so curiously has now returned, but only for a limited time. For the next two weeks, the game will be available to order from Games Workshop. The company has promised that everyone who orders in this window will receive a copy of the game.

This is similar to the case with the Indomitus boxed set for Warhammer 40,000 – but then suggests that this is the last chance to buy Cursed City. It won’t be re-entering general circulation, so if you missed out, or want a second copy, you have two weeks to get that order in.

The game appears identical, with miniatures, art, and contents all being the same as the original release.

See Warhammer Community for more details.

Fear not, the article ends by saying:

“Don’t think you’ll be able to grab a copy this March? There’s no need to worry – Cursed City will be receiving a full relaunch later this year, along with some juicy new expansions.”

Of course it sounds like it might be a while yet before it makes it’s full return, although even then I probably won’t have finished painting the original set!

That’s good news for me as I am close to finishing my box and should have painted everything else before any expansions appear!
