A few extra Ash Wastes details

Warhammer Community has a new article up with some extra details about the Ash Wastes expansion which was revealed last week-end.

The two main reveals are that 1. the game will come in the form of a new boxed set for Necromunda, and 2. the set is not releases for a few months yet.

A quote from the article; “Over the next few weeks and months, we’ll be revealing much more about this setting…” so with months of reveals, it will likely be in the second half of 2022 that we see the boxed game.

Also revealed is that the plan is for Ash Wastes to establish a new line of supplements for Necromunda. There’s also a map preview:

I hope they get Francesca Baerald to do a map for the full release.

New vehicles will be coming, but as yet we don’t know what they are. I will be looking forward to more previews to see what the models look like.
