Cursed City: Halgrim
Since I have painted the city guard, it made sense to paint their captain right afterwards:
I used the same paint techniques on Halgrim as I did on the guard, and made his cloak a straight blue colour. Here he is with the rest of his squad:

Nice job! I like the rusty metals you’ve achieved and the color choices make the captain stand out from the guard. I think the green and blue robes were a good call, they enhance the ethereal, ghostly vibes of the skeletons.
