It must have been yesterday’s Panini announcement, but suddenly I have started thinking more about football – or games based around football anyway. If you don’t like football, or aren’t entirely sure what sport I might be referring to when I say ‘football’ … I’m not really sure what to say. Hopefully you will like my next article? It’s about painting miniatures!
Glory Hunter is a challenge for players of Football Manager. Over 20 seasons, can you win 5 leagues, 5 domestic cups in those same leagues, plus the World Cup, European Championship, UEFA Cup and Champions League?
I’ll be honest – the last version of Football Manager I played was 01/02. I think it was still called Championship Manager back then. It has been a while but I’m looking at this year’s edition and wondering about it.
Enough about me, the purpose of this post is to draw your attention to this series of Glory Hunter videos on YouTube, where Benjy attempts his own Glory Hunter challenge. Below is the first video, but be aware the series is over 50 more videos long already, and that covers 5 seasons!
If you enjoy Football Manager but don’t really have the time, this series is a treat though:
non-football related service will resume tomorrow – promise!
Aren’t you in Aus, though Dave? That means “Football” could mean at least three (*or four!) things depending on where you live. And you’d naturally be wrong with most of them! π
