I believe these were the first non-GW miniatures I bought with the intent of using them in a Warhammer army. The army in question was a 4th edition Chaos army. Their involvement was obviated by the split that came with the 5th edition books, so they have languished without a purpose ever since then. As I recall they came in a bag from Ghost Miniatures.
They painted up nicely in blue, a colour that I think brought out the more cartoony elements of the scults. Overall I like these models and am happy to see them painted up at last. For an idea of scale here they are next to an old Empire model:
In today’s GW scale they are probably about the size of an orc champion.
Great job and after the last week the kinda tolls I like!

Nifty trolls and I liked the colors you used; quite different than the usual colors one tens to see with such fell creatures. Nice backdrop too. I think the feather, Empire dude is going to need all the bullets he can get for that gatling rifle-looking thing if he is going to come out on top against those trolls!

I love the colors you chose for these and I like the sculpts too. There are a lot of Ork and Troll models out there but these still manage to stand out which is always a good thing!
