Barrow Wights

Some more classic Middle Earth metal models from Games Workshop went under the brush recently. Here’s my collection of Barrow Wights, a gift from someone who left the hobby around 2009.

There are only two different sculpts here, but I still like them in a group. I painted these with a mix of metallic paints and contrast paints, and I’m sure you can guess which is which!

Like them, Dave! 🙂 They’re suitably eerie!

Nice work on these – a shame they did the 2-sculpts-and-done thing with so much of the LotR range, especially considering how nice many of the models are….

These are some of the best metal sculpts in the range and I agree with Azazel that another sculpt or two wouldn’t have gone amiss. Either way, its awesome that you own so many. They look amazing in a group!
