Dark Elf Blood Bowl team complete

Unfortunately the natural light kind of washed out this paint scheme

However, the two blitzers are near the front, with gold armour and turquoise cloaks to pick them out form the linemen. The witch elf is the free model from a GW store late last year. I also tried to pick out the specialist positions by giving each of their bases an off colour stone. This should keep them easily visible on the board.

This team is all conversions, other than the witch elf. Plastic black arc corsairs make up the bulk of pieces, but there’s a few other bits thrown in there. The stone bases are by Renedra, and are great for models that can stand on their own two feet. Speaking of which, the dark elf lineman on the right is teetering back on his base as he refused to stand and is now balanced on his cloak!

I love the colour scheme – very striking. Since they’re a Blood Bowl team have you thought about giving them player numbers?

Yes – probably what I will do is end up painting a tile on each base with the number, since the black ark corsair models lack a convenient flat point for a team number.
