With the Fire Giant done, I have now completed the Blood Rage board game and its 49 models. Here they all are:
They are looking nice together. My painting on these definitely played down the miniatures aspect and played up the playing pieces nature of these models.
You can clearly see which is the blue team and which is the yellow team, but the individual details on those models require a closer look.
The details on these models are great, and they would look fine painted up as miniatures for a difference game. I may yet buy a second box purely to paint these pieces up as miniatures. That won’t happen until my current goal of getting my miniatures collection painted is complete.
I salute you for painting these as game pieces as opposed to mini’s. Color coding by team just looks good from a game perspective 🙂

thanks, and yes I’m happy with my choice to make them game pieces first.

Looks like you’re going strong in your painting challenge! Good job finishing them all! Really interesting method as well, how you twisted the “game pieces” idea with picking them out so professionally. They remind me very much of the statue-theme, that was used for those Sigmarine starter-box armies.
