Neglected models: Nazgul

Moving swiftly on to a new month, I’ve started to look hard at painting those neglected models of old. The first speed paint subject was the Nazgul, since it has a small set of colours. I gave myself an hour, but only needed 26 minutes to turn this:

into this:

which I suppose means I have 34 minutes in the bank, should I require some additional minutes for a future figure. I decided to leave the time it takes to do the base “off book” for speed-painting purposes.
