Scent of a Gamer

From the computer to the tabletop, this is all about games. Updated each week-end.

Ash Wastes update 1

Thanks to the release of Shadow war: Armageddon, I have worked out what to do with my remaining tablescapes – turn them into ash wastes!

At this first stage I have given them a spray with a can of Mechanicus Grey, and then washed that with Nuln Oil (the non-gloss version).

There are a further 10 tiles painted this way, which will give me a 4×4 table. That will be plenty for skirmish level games.

The next stages will involve highlighting the ground and then painting the stones and ruins. Then I will add a few coloured washes for effect.
