Fantasy Villains update 2
These two figures were painted faster than I thought. Completed in one day of painting (not exclusively). I left them overnight to finish the base work. Other than that they were painted far faster than I had expected, and a welcome change from the Imbrian Arts figures.
This image was taken in natural light, with the winter sun (Southern Hemisphere!) bringing out the models’ details nicely.
These are very old Games Workshop figures, released for the Talisman; The Adventure expansion. Back in the day I had all the old Talisman expansions, even The Dragons. I never used any of the figures Games Workshop released though. These were a later acquisition. Nice figures, and easy to paint up while remaining nicely detailed. The Chaos Warrior was painted using warm metallics, this is an experiment that may become more significant after July. We’ll see.
