Anglo-Dane update 6: Almost There!

The basing work on the Anglo-Dane SAGA army is finished and looks like this:

I used a few different basing materials to create a varied effect that hopefully still looks uniform rather than generic. This figures represent a SAGA force of up to 7 points (6 points is a typical game). Once Gripping Beast release their Dark Age Warriors box later this year I will be able to add two points’ worth of sling-armed levy to the force. So this project is not complete at all, but waiting for the final element to be released, purchased, painted and added.
